Vancouver
Canada's most cosmopolitan Pacific city. Stanley Park, Granville Island, the seawall — and a culinary scene shaped by Japanese, Cantonese, Korean and Vietnamese kitchens. Maple Fun headquarters sits two blocks from the harbour.
British Columbia is Canada's westernmost province and where Maple Fun has called home since 1981. Bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Rocky Mountains to the east, BC is a place where rainforest, ocean, glaciers and First Nations culture share a single horizon — Vancouver to Victoria to Whistler to the Great Bear Rainforest, all within reach of the same Sprinter coach.
For most of our travellers, BC is either the first or last stop on their Canadian journey. It's also where our deepest itineraries live: spring cherry blossom drives, ESL summer programmes, the Spirit Bear expedition into the Great Bear Rainforest, and the gateway transfers for nearly every cross-Canada or Yellowknife aurora tour.

BC's capital city on Vancouver Island. A 90-minute BC Ferries crossing from the mainland. The Inner Harbour, the Fairmont Empress for afternoon tea, and Butchart Gardens — best paired with a one or two-night stop, not a day trip.
The Sea-to-Sky Highway from Vancouver — two hours of fjords, waterfalls and coast-mountain views — ends at North America's largest ski resort. In summer the lifts run for mountain bikers and alpine hikers; in winter it hosts our snow-tour transfers.
The largest tract of unbroken coastal temperate rainforest on Earth, on BC's central coast. Home of the rare white Spirit Bear and the territory of the Kitasoo/Xai'xais First Nation. Reached only by float plane — featured on our 8-day Spirit Bear tour.
