Maple Fun Tours has operated as a Canadian inbound DMC since 1981 — 44 years of moving travellers across this country one bus, one driver, one carefully planned itinerary at a time. Today we're proud to mark the next chapter: our fully refreshed 2026 website is live, and it sits on top of a new technology stack that quietly does the heavy lifting so our people can do what they do best.
A new front door for 2026
The redesigned site is built around how our agency partners actually work. Destinations, itineraries, fleet, and contact pathways have been reorganised so that whether you're pricing a Rockies FIT from Tokyo, a maple-season group from Taipei, or an aurora program from Ho Chi Minh City, the answers — and the people — are two clicks away.
Five languages, one voice
Our editorial team writes once in English. Within minutes, that same story is delivered in Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Vietnamese through a new AI translation pipeline. But — and this is the part that matters — nothing reaches our partners or their travellers without a human reviewer on our team reading every word first. AI gives us speed and consistency across markets; our multilingual staff give it accuracy, nuance, and the cultural courtesy each audience deserves.
Images that stay current, automatically
Behind the scenes, we've also rolled out an AI-assisted image management layer — internally we call it the brief system — that keeps itinerary photography fresh, properly rights-cleared, and matched to the right season and region. If a tour visits Lake Louise in October, you'll see Lake Louise in October. No more stale stock or off-season hero shots.
Two-business-day quotes, on the record
The most visible change for agency partners is speed. Quote requests submitted through the new site will receive a confirmed proposal back within two business days — most well inside that window. Faster turnaround, clearer pricing, fewer email threads.
The technology is here to serve our people, not replace them. Our drivers, guides, and the teams in our four Canadian offices remain — and always will remain — fully in-house.
People first, always
That principle is the line we won't cross. Maple Fun owns its fleet, employs its drivers and guides directly, and runs four offices across Canada. AI helps us answer faster and present better; it does not stand between an agent and the operations manager who actually loads the coach.
On the 2026 roadmap
This launch is the foundation, not the finish line. Later in 2026 we'll roll out real-time vehicle availability and a dedicated agent portal for partners who book with us regularly. We'll have more to share in the months ahead — and as always, your account manager is the fastest way to get a preview.
